Indian equities ended the last session of Samvat 2079 in the green, led by gains in metal and energy stocks. Nifty at the close stood at 19,425, up 30.05 or 0.15 per cent, while the Sensex added 72.5 points or 0.11 per cent to settle at 64,904.6. Meanwhile, the broader markets ended 0.48 per cent higher.
