Coforge dividend: Company announces 190% interim dividend - check out record date, payment date

Coforge dividend 2023 record date: Coforge announced a whopping 190 per cent interim dividend for its shareholders. This is the Noida-based IT firm's fourth interim dividend of Rs 19 per equity share of the value of Rs 10 for the financial year 2022-23.

The company in its regulatory filing said, " The Board has also declared a fourth interim dividend of Rs. 19/- (Rupees Nineteen only) per Equity Share of the Company the face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up, for the financial year 2022-23."

Corforge board has also fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of the dividend. Corforge's interim dividend record date is May 9.

"The Board has fixed May 09, 2022 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim Dividend." the company's regulatory filing added.

The dividend amount will be credited directly into the shareholders' bank account linked to their Demat account on the payment date.

"The payment of fourth interim dividend/ dispatch of dividend warrants would be done within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend," the company's regulatory filing further said.
