According to an exchange filing, the board of directors of the company has approved an interim dividend of Rs 4.95 per equity share of Re 1 each.

"The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 4.95/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each, for the financial year ending 2023-24," the filing reads.

According to the company, April 3 is the record date for this corporate action. This means the shares of the company will trade ex-date on April 3.

The company has also informed exchanges that the eligible investors will get the interim dividend on or before April 3. 

"The Record date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive Interim Dividend is Wednesday, April 3, 2024. The said interim dividend, would be paid, on or before April 23, 2024," the filing reads.
