Sapphire Foods: Sapphire Foods India Holder is expected to sell 3 million shares today via a block deal. The price band has been fixed at Rs 1,345 - Rs 1,391 apiece, according to a Bloomberg report. 

City Union Bank: City Union Bank on Monday said it will raise Rs 500 crore through the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) route to fund business growth. The board of directors at a meeting approved raising of further capital through the QIP route to the tune of Rs 500 crore, City Union Bank said in a regulatory filing.

ICICI Prudential Life: Private sector ICICI Prudential Life on Monday said it had received a GST demand notice of Rs 492.06 crore from tax authorities. The matter relates to an industry-wide issue of input tax credit, and the company believes that it has availed eligible input GST credit in compliance with the provisions of the Central Goods and Service Tax (GST) Act, 2017, and other applicable laws, ICICI Pru said in a regulatory filing.

Aditya Birla Capital: The company has launched QIP. The floor price has been fixed at around Rs 175.99 apiece. 

Amrutanjan Healthcare: The company's board will meet on June 30 to consider share buyback. 

Havells: The company, in its AGM today will discuss CEO's remuneration. 

Paytm: Global brokerage Macquarie has downgraded the stock to Neutral from Outperform with a target price of Rs 800. 

Bharti Airtel: The telecom major, on Monday, announced changes to its leadership team in Airtel Business. Ajay Chitkara, CEO of Airtel Business, has decided to move on from Airtel. He will continue with the company until the third week of August 2023.

BLS International: The company informed the board of directors of its subsidiary BLS E-Services approved fundraising by way of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of it of its equity shares.

Infosys: India's second-largest IT services firm Infosys said on Monday it was selected by Denmark-based Danske Bank as a partner to accelerate the lender's digital transformation. The deal is valued at $454 million for five years with an option to renew for one additional year for a maximum of three times, Infosys said in a statement.

Piramal Enterprises: Jefferies has maintained a "BUY" on the stock with a stock price of Rs 1,025.

Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL): The company's board is scheduled to hold a meeting today to consider a stock split. 

Blue Star: The company's 9.63 crore bonus equity shares are slated to list today. As of March shareholding pattern, the company has a total of 19.27 crore shares, as per Zee Business Research.

Navin Fluorine: The company, in its board meeting on June 30, will consider fundraising either via QIP, public or preferential issue or any other mode.
