Share Market HIGHLIGHTS | Eicher Motors, Sun Pharma, Tata Consumer rise most in 50-scrip blue-chip basket
Eicher Motors, Sun Pharma, Tata Consumer and Apollo Hospitals are among the top gainers in the Nifty basket, trading with gains of around 3-2 per cent. On the other hand, UPL, Bajaj Finance, JSW Steel and Axis Bank are among the top losers, down nearly 2-1 per cent.

Share Market Today LIVE | CarTrade Tech shares jump 19% as company says it will acquire OLX Auto's India business
CarTrade Tech shares trade at Rs 578, up by Rs 91.15 or 18.72 per cent on BSE. The counter jumped as much as 18.8 per cent to Rs 578.80 apiece on the BSE intraday on Tuesday, July 11 after the company announced it had inked a pact to acquire Sobek Auto India for a consideration of Rs 537 crore. Sobek is engaged in the business of running an automotive digital platform and a classified internet business. Read more
HCL Tech Q1 results on July 12 | Here's what to expect
According to Zee Business research, HCL Tech's net profit for the April-June period is estimated at Rs 3,860 crore, down 3.1 per cent on a sequential basis.
The analysts peg its revenue growth in both rupee and dollar terms at 0.5 per cent on a quarter-on-quarter basis, to Rs 26,750 crore and $3,250 million respectively.
TCS to kick off Q1 earnings season on July 12 | Here's what to look out for
According to Zee Business research, the Tata group IT major is estimated to register 0.8 per cent sequential growth in consolidated revenue to Rs 59,650 crore for the April-June period. In dollar terms as well, its revenue is estimated to grow 0.8 per cent, to $7,250 million, according to the research.The analysts peg Tata Consultancy Services' net profit for the three-month period at Rs 10,900 crore, as against Rs 11,392 crore for the corresponding quarter a year ago.Read more on what to expect in TCS Q1 results

SBI and SBI Card shares has registered mixed moves in early deals on Tuesday, a day after the card issuer said its Managing Director and CEO Rama Mohan Rao Amara resigned, with effect from August 11. Abhijit Chakravorty will replace Amara as Managing Director and CEO, with effect from August 12, according to a regulatory filing.
SBI Card shares gained by as much as Rs 14.5 or 1.7 per cent to Rs 850 apiece on BSE while State Bank of India shares inched lower. The stock of state-run lender SBI declined by Rs 3.7 or 0.6 per cent at the weakest level of the day so far to Rs 588.8 apiece. Read more

Vedanta shares trade near the day's low at Rs 278.2 apiece, down by Rs 4.05 or 1.43 per cent on NSE. Shares of mining major Vedanta reeled under pressure on Tuesday after Taiwanese electronic contract manufacturer Foxconn decided to pull out of a semiconductor joint venture with Indian conglomerate Vedanta, according to a statement. The counter fell as much as nearly 3 per cent to Rs 275 apiece on NSE from the previous close of Rs 282.25.
