The IBJA is the apex association for all bullion and jewellery associations in the country.

Established in 1919, the IBJA has grown in its reach, stature, and reputation over the years, and proved to be an unbiased platform.

The IBJA publishes daily gold rates, which are considered the benchmark rates for the issuance of Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGBs). IBJA rates also serve as a benchmark for lending against jewellery by NBFCs and commercial banks.

The apex association has offices in 29 states and is part of all government committees for gold.
