Trading on MCX will remain unavailable in the morning session on Tuesday, April 4 on account of the Mahavir Jayanti holiday. However, trading will resume in the evening session. 

Mahavir Jayanti holiday 2023: What are the timings of the morning and evening sessions on MCX? 

MCX conducts the morning session from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the evening session from 5:00 pm to 11:30/11:55 pm, according to its website — mcxindia.com.

Simply put, after the closing of market hours on Monday, trading on MCX will be available next at 5:00 pm on April 4 — the day the bourse is shut for the morning session. 

Good Friday Holiday: When will trading be available on April 7?

Trading on MCX will be unavailable for both the morning and evening sessions on April 7, the day of Good Friday, according to the exchange's website.
