Maharashtra day holiday: What are the timings of morning and evening sessions on MCX? 

Commodity derivatives exchange MCX conducts the morning session from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the evening session from 5:00 pm to 11:30/11:55 pm, according to its website — mcxindia.com.

Simply put, after the closing of market hours on Friday, trading on MCX will be available next at 5:00 pm on May 1 — the day the bourse is shut for the morning session for Maharashtra day.
