Gold rate today: Gold traded flat in the afternoon session on the MCX as December Futures quoted Rs 53,015 per 10 grams, marginally down by Rs 75 or 0.14 per cent. Meanwhile, Silver was above 60,000 levels at Rs 61,395 per kg.
