Gold rate today: Gold opened flat on MCX as December Gold futures were quoting Rs 50,619 per 10 grams, up marginal by Rs 39 or 0.08 per cent. Meanwhile, Silver traded in green and was up by Rs 178 to trade at Rs 57926 per kg.

On the international market, Gold was quoting flat at USD 1,651.31 per ounce while silver has gained momentum by 0.36 per cent which is at USD 19.28 per ounce.
