Sebi may allow option for pre filing of offer documents issues consultation paper

SEBI has issued a discussion paper, according to which SEBI is preparing to give relief in the rules of IPO filing. Now it will take less time to bring companies to IPO. According to the new rule, companies can submit the Informal DRHP to SEBI before formal DRHP.
