US markets remained weak over the ongoing US debt ceiling discussions that seem to have very little progress so far. The Dow declined for the fourth consecutive day. Dow tumbled 256 points. Fitch has put America's rating on the negative watchlist. Fed minutes also increased the uncertainty in the market. Apart from this, Industrial and financial stocks were under maximum pressure.
