Power Breakfast: US Market Rises As Retail Inflation Falls From 7.1% To 6.5% In December, BoJ Announced To Buy Bonds Worth 1.40 Cr Yen

The US market gained momentum as the retail inflation fell from 7.1% to 6.5% in December. Dow jumped 215 points. Whereas, NASDAQ rose 0.6% on the 5th day. Bank of Japan announced to buy bonds worth 1.40 Cr yen. Fed can raise rates one more time. 92% of the experts believe that the rates will increase by 0.25% in February. Morgan Stanley said, "There is no need to raise rates after February". Today the consumer sentiment data of December will be released. The results of JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, Citigroup and BoA will be released today.
