In a conversation with Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi, Kushal Gupta, Senior Research Analyst, spoke about the company, whose quarterly results will be released on Monday, June 21.

Kushal Gupta said that a strong result is expected from VST Tillers Tractors, the country's biggest power tiller producer.

"VST Tillers Tractors results will be out on Monday and it can be seen in a very good side as strong volume growth can be seen in its two biggest segments- power tillers and tractors because of which a strong growth is expected in the company's revenue," he said.

Speaking on FIIs, the research analyst said, "The holdings of FIIs are continuously rising. In March 2020 they had a holding of 4.31 percent which has now increased to 6.57 percent."

 

He added if we talk about the numbers on quarterly basis that too is expected to be on a good side infact stability will be seen in the numbers on QoQ basis.

"The revenue of the company is expected to increase from Rs 120 crore to around Rs 205 crore. While the operational profit is expected to be around Rs 30 crore from -6 crore that is it can register a positive growth from negative," he added.

Speaking on the margins of the company, the research analyst said that it is expected to be around 14.6 percent compared to the earlier negative margin of -5 percent. The company is also expected to register a profit of Rs 25 crore from the -3.5 crore.

Meanwhile, market analyst Sumeet Bagadia has advised buying the stock. He said levels of 2280 to 2300 can be seen coming and once the level of 2300 breaks then the level of 2500 to 2600 can be seen in coming months.

He suggested the investors to hold the existing portions and added that fresh buying can also be done.
