Sunil Nyati bullish, MD, Swastika Investmart says he is bullish these sectors for the next 2 to 5 years. He is of the view these sectors and related stocks will do well going forward in 2022.  His top three picks from these spaces were—Action Construction Equipment, Kajaria Ceramics and KPIT Technologies.

Action Construction Equipment:

I have a very bullish view on the capital goods and infrastructure sector for the next 2-3 years, said Swastika Investmart MD. "My top pick is Action Construction Equipment from this space. It is a perfect player for both capital goods and infrastructure themes. It is a debt-free company with strong growth prospects, "said the expert.

Kajaria Ceramics:

Picking Kajaria Ceramics, he said real estate is another space that is emerging as a leading theme for the next 2-3 years, during which this theme is likely to outperform. "Tiles segment is going to be one of the key beneficiaries of growth in the real estate sector, where Kajaria Ceramics is the industry leader with a strong growth outlook and almost no debt on the book. Tiles exports from China to the USA have become almost zero due to heavy duties and the Indian tiles industry is getting major benefits from it," said Nyati.

KPIT Technologies:

From IT space, Nyati picked, KPIT Technologies saying that IT sector has been the leader of this bull run and it may continue to do well as management of the companies are sounding very confident for the next 5 years. "KPIT is one of the fastest-growing midcap IT companies which is going to be a key beneficiary of the EV theme because it is working aggressively towards software solutions for the EV industry," he said.
