The domestic equity barometers ended at a fresh all-time high after a strong session on Thursday, September 23, 2021. The S&P BSE Sensex surged 958.03 points, or 1.63%, to 59,885.36. Sansera Engineering Listing + Paras Defence IPO

Sansera Engineering: The shares of the auto component manufacturer Sansera Engineering will be debut on the bourses, NSE & BSE, today. The Rs 1,282.98 crore initial public offering (IPO) of the auto component manufacturer, which was open for subscription from September 14-16, 2021, was subscribed 11.47 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion was subscribed to 26.47 times while the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portions were subscribed to 11.37 times and 3.15 times, respectively. The employees' portion was subscribed 1.37 times, a discount of Rs 36 per Equity Share to the eligible employee category. The price band for the subscription of the offer was fixed at Rs 734-744 per equity share.

Paras Defence IPO: The Rs 170 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited closed with a subscription of 304.26 times on Thursday, the last day of the offer. The QIB portion was subscribed 169.65 times, while Non-Institutional Investors (NII) and Retail portions were subscribed 927.7 times and 112.81 times, respectively. The price band for the issue was fixed at Rs 165-175 per share. The issue comprised a fresh issue of Rs 140.6 crore by the company and an offer for sale of up to 17,24,490 equity shares worth Rs 30 crore by existing shareholders including Paras Defence promoters. 

AB Sun Life AMC IPO: Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC's IPO gets a nod from the Registrar of Companies (ROC) Mumbai. The Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC IPO is likely to be launched on September 29, 2021, and close on October 1, 2021. The price band for the issue stands at Rs 695-712 per share. The retail investors can bid for a minimum of 20 shares. The issue will open for anchor investors on September 28, 2021.

Accenture: Global technology firm Accenture, which follows the September-August financial year, has posted a strong set of numbers for fourth-quarter (Q4FY21) results. It reported a 24% YoY growth in its revenue at $13.42 billion as compared to $10.83 billion posted in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Its profit grew by 10% YoY to $1.44 billion as against $1.3 billion. Margin improved slightly to 14.6% in Q4FY21 as compared to 14.3% posted in Q4FY20. New bookings for the fourth quarter grew by 7% to $15 billion. The company has kept its full-year revenue guidance at 12-15% for FY22. Accenture has made a number of acquisitions over the year to cater to this growing demand.

Vedanta: The company has announced its intention to delist American Depositary Shares (ADSs) from the New York Stock Exchange and terminate its American Depositary Share Program. Upon delisting of its ADS program, the Company will concentrate all trading of its equity shares on the BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in India (NSE). The Company’s Board of Directors has taken into account the recent low trading volume of its ADSs on the NYSE and the associated costs of maintaining the listing and related obligations.

Ahluwalia + TeamLease  

Ahluwalia Contracts: SBI Fund Management bought 2.5 lakh shares of Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited and increased its stake in the company from 7.4% to 7.76%. 
TeamLease: Promoter HR Offshoring Ventures Pte. Ltd. has decreased the shareholding in the Company and sold 85,484 shares in the open market on September 22 and 23, 2021.
