Reliance Capital: The company’s offer for sale (OFS) of Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management will open for retail investors today. The non-retail part, which was opened yesterday on Wednesday, has been oversubscribed 1.32 times. The floor price of the sale will be Rs 262 per equity share.

State Bank of India (SBI): The Executive Committee of Central Board (ECCB) in its meeting held on Wednesday approved divestment of 3.5% equity shares of SBI’s stake in SBI Life through Offer for the Sale process. The floor price of the sale will be Rs750 per equity share.

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories: The pharma major Dr Reddy’s on Wednesday announced the launch of Fosaprepitant for Injection in the US market. Fosaprepitant is the therapeutic generic equivalent of Emend (Fosaprepitant) for injection.

Alkem Laboratories: The pharma company has received Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from USFDA for the Company's manufacturing facility located at St. Louis, Fenton Logistics Park, US. the facility was inspected from August 16-22, 2019.

Apollo Hospitals: The promoters of India’s largest hospital chain are selling around 50 lakh shares or 3.6% stake through secondary share sale which could fetch Rs725 crore. The floor price is set at Rs1,450 per share. The transaction is expected to be closed today. The amount will be used to pare debt. Apollo Hospitals' total debt stood at Rs3,450 crore as of March 31.
