Ujjivan Small Finance Bank: Share of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank will be listed on BSE and NSE today, on December 12, after seeing a massive 166 times subscription to its Rs 750 crore initial public offering (IPO). Many analysts are expecting the stock to debut at a 50% premium over the issue price of Rs37 per share.  

 

Bharat Bond ETF: The Bharat Bond ETF, managed by Edelweiss Mutual Fund, will open for anchor investors today while it will open for retail investors between December 13-20, 2019. 

 

Banks In Focus:  The Union Cabinet on Wednesday approved amendments in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) to protect successful resolution applicants from criminal proceedings against offences committed by previous management or promoters. The amendments will remove hurdles in the way of speedy resolution and also attract bidders.

 

Vodafone Idea: The telecom major on Wednesday denied the media reports of holding talks to sell some assets to Brookfield Asset Management Inc or Edelweiss Group. The company in a statement said, "We deny that any such negotiations are taking place with Brookfield or Edelweiss".
