The US Markets ended mix on Tuesday after remaining closed on Monday on account of Labour Day. Dow Jones fell by 270 points to settle at lower levels on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Nasdaq ended with small gains. It was the fourth consecutive day of gains for Nasdaq.

SGX Nifty was up by 50 points and hovered around 17,425. Dow Futures was up by 30 points while Nikkei was up by almost 100 points.

MCX Gold Futures settled below Rs 47,000 per 10 gram on Tuesday getting cheaper by Rs 500 while MCX Silver settled down by Rs 600 to end at below RS 64,700 per kg.

Crude oil also traded in the weaker territory to end below USD 72 on fears of demand getting hit due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
