Stock in News Today, January 09: Stock markets are set to track strong global cues on Monday i.e. January 09. SGX Nifty, an early indicator of sentiments on Nifty50, was trading at 18,090.5 - up by over 131 points or 0.73 per cent. Asian benchmark indices were also trading positive in early trade. China's Shanghai Composite was trading at 3,157.64, up 2.42 points or 0.08 per cent while Korea's Kospi was 46.81 points or 2.04 per cent higher at 2,336.78. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index also advanced by 290.87 points or 1.39 per cent at 21,282.51.

Titan: Titan Limited has registered 12 per cent on-year growth in combined sales in the standalone business during the quarter that ended in December. This was backed by the healthy consumer demand during the festive season.

Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd: Kalyan Jewellers has reported consolidated revenue growth of approximately 13 per cent in Q3 FY23.  

Tata Steel: Indian business production has increased by 4.2 per cent at 5 million tonne and delivery volumes down by 3.6 per cent at 4.73 million tonne. QoQ.

Asian Paints: The company is planning to invest around Rs 2,000 crore in setting up a new paint manufacturing plant of 4 lakh kilo litres per annum capacity.

Lupin: Global pharma major Lupin Limited (Lupin) has received approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA), Fesoterodine Fumarate Extended-Release Tablets, 4 mg and 8 mg, to market a generic equivalent of Toviaz Extended-Release Tablets, 4 mg and 8 mg, of Pfizer Inc. 

Tata Consultancy Services: TCS, India's largest IT company, is likely to announce its third-quarter results today.
