Rakesh Jhunjhunwala Portfolio: Billionaire investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has trimmed over 0.1 per cent stakes in Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, a June 2022 quarter shareholding pattern of the company on the BSE showed.

After stake reduction, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala holds 55,00,000 equity shares, aggregating to 1.17 per cent stakes in Indiabulls Housing Finance in the June quarter as compared to 60,00,000 equity shares, comprising 1.28 per cent stakes in March 2022 quarter, as per shareholding patterns of the firm.

Indiabulls Housing Finance shares in the last one year have underperformed the market, down nearly 65 per cent as against around a 6 per cent rise in the Sensex. The stock almost a year ago had touched its 52-week high of Rs 297.7 apiece and on June 7, 2022, hit a 52-week low of Rs 89 apiece.

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, who is known as the Big Bull of the Indian stock market, along with his wife and associates publicly holds 32 stocks with a net worth of over Rs 29,748.8 crore, as of July 23, 2022, according to the stock analysis website trendlyne.com.

The ace investor Investor manages the asset firm Rare Enterprises and tends to favor stocks in the finance, tech, retail, and pharma sectors.

Besides Indiabulls Housing, the renowned investor has cut stakes in Tata Group company Tata Motors, DB Realty, and NCC Limited among others and has made a re-entry in auto company stock – Escorts Kubota Limited during the June 2022 quarter, as per their respective shareholdings.

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has invested over Rs 55 crore in the company for 55 lakh shares, according to the trendlyne.com website. The investor has stayed put in as many as 19 stocks, while has reduced below 0.1 per cent stakes in the four stocks, as per their respective shareholding patterns

The stock on Friday closed almost 1 per cent lower to Rs 100.45 per share on the BSE against a 0.7 per cent rise in the BSE Sensex.
