RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RailTel) initial public offer (IPO) has fixed the price band of Rs 93-94 per share. As this is an OFS, RailTel will not receive any proceeds from the offer and all the proceeds shall go to the Government of India. Today is the last day to subscribe for the issue. ICICI Securities, IDBI Capital, SBI Capital are the Book running lead managers of Railtel.

RailTel IPO: Incorporated in September 2000, RailTel is a Mini Ratna (Category I) Central Public Sector Enterprise, wholly owned by the Government of India and under the administrative control of the Ministry of Railways. The company is an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure provider and is one of the largest neutral telecom infrastructure providers in India.
