Q2 Results Preview: One of the largest card lenders in India, SBI card will kick off the Q2FY23 earnings season with a profit of around Rs.610 crore, thus witnessing a rise of around 76.8 per cent in profit.  It will be closely followed by the leading beverage company, United Spirits and Hindustan Unilever, which are likely to witness a rise in revenue by 17.69 per cent and and 16 per cent respectively.

Considerable loan growth is also expected with a rise of more than 30 per cent for SBI cards. Despite growing lending rates, the non-performing assets are likely to come down. Gross non-performing assets (GNPA) and net non-performing assets (NNPA) are likely to be at 2.1 per cent and 0.79 per cent for SBI cards. 

United Spirits Q2 Result

On the other hand, the revenue for this quarter for United Spirits is likely to be at Rs 2879.7 crore.

DLF Q2 Result

While most of the companies have witnessed a profit as a majority of them are recovering from the blow of the pandemic, some of the companies like DLF and Torrent Pharma may face some losses this quarter.

The revenue for DLF is likely to go down by more than 12 percent to Rs 1302.4cr this quarter. 

Torrent Pharma Q2 Result Preview

Torrent Pharma is also unlikely to witness any revenue growth this quarter. The revenue for the pharma company may be down by 2 percent at Rs.2291crores.

 

Hindustan Unilever Q2 results

The management of HUL said, “Growth will be price-led with continued inflationary pressure. Gross margin is expected to improve sequentially.
