Domestic equity markets were trading with a decline of about 0.80% on Friday’s noon deals with the Nifty below 17,500. At 12:37 pm, the S&P BSE Sensex was trading 519.44 points or 0.88% down at 58,606.92. The Nifty 50 index was trading at a loss of 143.25 points or 0.81% at 17,474.90. Listing + IPO Update

Paras Defence and Space Technologies: The shares of Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited debuted on the bourses, NSE & BSE, today. It debuted NSE at a premium of Rs 469 per share against the issue price of Rs 175 per share. The Rs 170 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited closed with a subscription of 304.26 times. 

Aditya Birla AMC IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC was subscribed 1.59 times by 12:30 pm on the third and the last day of bidding. The company seeks to raise up to Rs 2,786.26 crore from this public issue. The initial share sales price band has been fixed at Rs 695-712. An investor can bid for a minimum of 20 equity stocks (one lot) and in multiples of 20 stocks thereafter. The offer is entirely an offer for sale, wherein two promoters -- Aditya Birla Capital and Sun Life (India) AMC Investments -- will divest their stakes in the asset management firm.

G R Infraprojects: Up 4.81%. The company has received a Letter of Award dated September 30, 2021, from the National Highways Authority of India for "Construction of Four/Six lane Greenfield Ludhiana - Rupnagar National Highway worth Rs 951 crore. 

VST Tillers: Up 10%. The company has entered into a Master Service agreement with Zimeno, Inc, USA. to develop an integrated tractor powertrain for an electric tractor of Zimeno, Inc. 

Natco Pharma: Up 1.70%. NATCO Announces Launch of its 10mg strength for Everolimus Tablets (generic for Afinitor®) in the US market

Adani Green Energy: Up 0.22%. Adani Renewable Energy (MH) Energy Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and all the securities of Vento Energy Infra Private Limited from Essel Green Energy Limited. 

Phillips Carbon Black: Down 1.10%. The board of the company on September 30, 2021, approved the plan to raise funds by the way of issue of equity shares through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) and approved the floor price at Rs 255.85 per share.

IPCA Labs: Down 0.05%. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, IPCA Pharmaceuticals, Inc., USA has acquired further 20% share capital of Sayshore Pharmaceuticals LLC (Sayshore), a New Jersey limited liability company for cash at the US $ 1.2 million. With this acquisition, Sayshore is now wholly owned by IPCA Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary.

Maruti Suzuki: Down 2.38%. The company in a statement has said that owing to a supply constraint of electronic components due to the semiconductor shortage situation, the Company is expecting an adverse impact on vehicle production in the month of October’21 in both Haryana and its contract manufacturing company, Suzuki Motor Gujarat Private Limited (SMG) in Gujarat. Though the situation is quite dynamic, it is currently estimated that the total vehicle production volume across both locations could be around 60% of normal production.

Welspun Corp: Down 0.79%. The Capital Market Authority (CMA), the regulatory authority responsible for capital markets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has approved the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of our Saudi Joint Venture, East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (EPIC) for the offering of (6,300,000) shares representing (30%) of its share capital. The divestment of shares will be done by the JV partners in proportion to their shareholding in EPIC. Welspun Corp Ltd. currently holds 50.01% in the JV through its overseas subsidiary. Post the proposed listing, its shareholding will not fall below 35% in the JV and it would continue to be the largest shareholder.
