The 10-digit PAN card number is issued by the Income Tax Department of India. Meanwhile, NSDL gives services regarding to the application for PAN Card and other related services. How to apply on NSDL to do PAN card address change online
1) Visit NSDL website onlineservices.nsdl.com
2) Now click on ‘Application Type’ and then choose ‘Changes and Correction in Existing PAN Data’
3) Now you will see some column in which you will be required to fill the asked details.
4) After filling the details, a new page will open, and a token number will be generated. The code will be sent on the email id filled by you while filling your application.
5) Now ‘Submit Scanned Image Through e-sign’ option
6) No fill the PAN Card details. The Page will ask for your correct address
After this you will be required to inform if the address provided by you is of office or home. As per NSDL, all the applicants apart from those from the Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) will be required to provide details of the office. If you want to update some other address, then it has to be mentioned in a separate sheet. It has to be attached with the form.
You will also be required to give an address proof of the new office.

After filling the form, the applicant will receive acknowledgement slip.
