Nestle Dividend Record Date 2022, Nestle Dividend Payment Date 2022: Nestle India Limited, NSE: NESTLEIND, has fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders for receiving the amount, if announced. According to an exchange filing by the company, the Board of Directors would meet on Wednesday, October 19, to consider declaration of dividend for 2022. If announced, this would be the second interim dividend. The company had last paid an interim dividend in March.

The board will also consider on October 19 the financial results of the company for the third quarter and nine months ending September 30, 2022. The result will be declared on the same dat itself.

In order to determine the entitlement of the investors for the second interim dividend for the year 2022, if any, the record date would be November 1, 2022, the company said.

Nestle Dividend Ex-Date

Nestle dividend ex-date or ex-dividend date would be October 31. A share trades ex-date usually a business day before the record date. If a person buys a share on/after ex-date, he/she will not be eligible to receive the benefit of the corporate action. To receive dividend, one must purchase the shares al least one business day ahead of ex-date.

Nestle Dividend Payment, Payout Date 2022

According to the exchange filing, Nestle would pay the dividend to the shareholders in the month of November.

"Second interim dividend for the year 2022, in case it is declared, shall be paid on and from 16th November 2022," the company said.

Nestle Dividend History 

Earlier in March this year, Nestle had announced an interim dividend of Rs 25 per equity share. The sock turned ex-dividend on April 21. 

Nestle has given a negative return of 2.16 per cent over the past year. On Tuesday, the counter was trading 332.25 points, or 1.76 per cent, higher, at 19252.40. Nestle's share price 52-week range is Rs 19,600 and Rs 20,200. The scrip hit an all-time high of Rs 20,609.15 on September 14, 2021 and an all-time low of 2295 on April 23, 2010.
