Nalco Dividend 2023 News, Nalco Share Price: The board of National Aluminium Company Limited, NSE: NATIONALUM, has announced to pay an interim dividend for its shareholders. The government-owned company through an exchange filing informed that the board at a meeting on January 17 took under consideration a proposal on paying interim dividend and approved the same.

Nalco informed that the board has decided to pay 20 per cent dividend per equity share of face value Rs 5 each. This translates into Rs 1 dividend per share.

"...approved payment of interim dividend @ Rs.1/- per share (20% on Face value of Rs.5/- each) on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs.918.32 crores for the financial year 2022-23," the company's filing said.

Nalco Dividend 2023 Record Date

The company has fixed the record date for dividend payment. According to an exchange filing by the company, Nalco board has fixed January 27 as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of dividend amount if approved today.

Nalco Dividend Payment Date

The dividend amount shall be credited directly into the shareholders' bank account linked to their Demat account on the payment date. The payment date shall be February 15, 2023.

"The payment of interim dividend shall be made on or before 15.02.2023 to all eligible shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members as on Record Date i.e. 27.01.2023, "the company said.
