MRF Interim Dividend 2022, Ex Date, Record Date: MRF has announced to pay dividends to its shareholders. The multinational tyre manufacturing company in an exchange filing informed that the board of directors has fixed the record date and payment date for the dividend. This would be the first interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23 that MRF will pay to its shareholders.

MRF, the country's largest manufacturer of tyres, has informed that it will pay 30 per cent dividend per share to its shareholders. The 30 per cent dividend translates into Rs 3 per share. The face value of each share of MRF is Rs 10.

"The Board of Directors of MRF has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.3/-per equity share of 30 per cent for the financial year ending 31st March, 2023," MRF said in filing on Tuesday, November 8.

The company has also announced the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for receiving the dividend. MRF dividend record date is Friday, November 18. MRF shares will trade ex-dividend date a business day before the record date. 

To receive the dividend amount, one must buy MRF shares before the stock trades ex-dividend date.

MRF Dividend 2022 Payment Date 

According to the filing, MRF will pay dividend to its shareholders on or after December 2. The dividend amount will directly be credited into the bank account of the shareholders linked to the Demat accounts.

“In the said Meeting, the Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.3/-per equity share [30%] for the financial year ending 31st March,2023. The Company has fixed Friday,18th November, 2022 [18.11.2022], as the record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or after 2 nd December,2022. [02.12.2022],” the regulatory filing read. 

MRF stock on Monday gained around 4 per cent to settle at Rs 94,817 on NSE. The stock has delivered a whopping 39 per cent return in the past 6 months.
