Long Term Pick: IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals

The company is India's one of the leading generic pharmaceutical companies, and is a significant player in the Organic chemicals space. IOL Chemicals is into the business of APIs (Active Pharma Ingredients) and speciality chemicals. The RoE and RoCE growth of the company has been fantastic. The company has shown good growth in the past and the future also looks extremely bright. The stock has completed 50% retracement from the highs and now looks good for an upmove. This is a debt free company and it seems technically the stock has corrected and now it is ready for an upmove. IOL Chemicals stock should be bought around Rs 664 with stop loss of Rs 517 and target of Rs 1000 – Rs 1200. The stock could see similar aggressive momentum as witnessed in the past upmove.

Positional Term Pick: IRB Infra

The stock has shown a good comeback and it seems the stock can see further upmove from here as well. IRB Infra stock should be purchased at current levels of Rs 116 with stop loss of Rs 96 and target of Rs 174. Risk reward levels are favourable at current levels. The stock has completed 50% retracement from the highs and now looks good for an upmove. The stock is trading above 50DMA and 200DMA. IRB Infra stock can see golden crossover and can be a good long term bet also going forward.

Short Term Pick: Heidelberg Cement

Jay is extremely bullish in cement and infra space. Heidelberg Cement stock can be bought at current levels of Rs 235 with stop loss of Rs 225 and target of Rs 250 – Rs 255. Daily charts indicate a symmetrical triangular pattern on the stock. The stock is trading above short term moving averages. There seems to be a buy crossover looking at the leading indicators on the stock. The target on Heidelberg Cement is extremely conservative and the risk reward is extremely favourable.
