Sterlite Technologies: Down 4.83%. Slips as profit fall 38% in the December quarter.
Allcargo Falls, Gati Surges: Deal is said to face SEBI scrutiny. SEBI sought clarifications on Allcargo's proposed acquisition of Gati, amid a court dispute over ownership of the shares within Gati’s promoter family.
Torrent Pharma: Up 1.16%. The board will meet to consider fundraising on Jan 27. Meeting of the board of directors will be also held to consider and approve the audited financial results.
Jet Airways: Down 4.96% amid reports that Hinduja Group backs out, EoI deadline ends. Reports that the Hinduja Group backed out as it found no value in the company.
Airtel, Voda Idea: Airtel up 1.12%, Vodafone Idea up 0.83% ahead of AGR review plea in SC. Hopes of relief from the Supreme Court against an earlier verdict on adjusted gross revenue (AGR).
