Laxmi Organic IPO Date and More: The initial public offer is going to open for subscription on 15th March 2021 and the issue of the organic chemical company will close for bidding till 17th March 2021. Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi spoke to Laxmi Organic CMD Ravi Goenka today and on the company's business model and other critical fundamentals that an IPO investor looks at before bidding.
When Anil Singhvi asked about the business source of Laxmi Organic, Ravi Goenka replied, "We have clientele in two types of businesses — Acetyl Intermediate and Specialty Intermediate. We mainly cater to Pharma and Agro industry and in these two industries, if you see yellow colour product anywhere in India, then you know that the pharma or agricultural product has used our product." He said that yellow colour can't be made without using Laxmi Organic products in pharma and agriculture industry in India.

Elaborating upon the future growth expected by Laxmi Organic, Ravi Goenka told Zee Business Managing Editor, "Acetyl Intermediate and Specialty Intermediate are high growth specialty areas in the pharma and agriculture industry that reflects the future business growth of the company."
Goenka went on to add that the company is going to foray into Fluoro Specialty Chemicals business, and they have bought a plant in Europe and they are making arrangements to bring its technology in their Indian plant.
On Laxmi Organic overseas business, the company CMD told Anil Singhvi, "We have distribution plant in Europe, China and the Middle East."

As mentioned above; Laxmi Organic IPO opens for subscription on 15th March 2021 and closes on 17th March 2021. Laxmi Organic IPO allotment date is 22nd March 2021, Credit of Shares to Demat Account for Laxmi Organic IPO will take place on 24th March 2021.
Tentative Laxmi Organic IPO listing date is 25th March 2021.
