Latent View Analytics IPO – Latent View Analytics Limited is all set to make a bumper debut on stock exchanges on Tuesday. Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi who had strongly recommended this issue expects a strong listing and called it an excellent company.

The company launched its public issue on 10 November at a price band of Rs 190-197. The three-day issue which ended on 12 November comprised of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 600 cr with frsh issues worth up to Rs 474 cr and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to Rs 126 cr including anchor portion of 13,553,898 equity shares.

"Good track record of promoters with no litigations, new age business with a strong growth outlook and strong financial and profitability works well for this IPO," the Market Guru had said.

Talking about negatives of this company, Anil Singhvi said, it is a small size company with only Rs 300 Crore revenue and Rs 4,000 crore market-cap.  

The issue was subscribed over 326 times on the NSE with retail individual investors (RIIs) subscribing the issue over 119 times. The Non-institutional investors subscribed it 850.66 times while the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) subscribed the issue 145.48 times.

The company caters to blue-chip companies in technology, banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies and retail, industrials, and other industry domains.
