Shares of Phoenix Mills, Jindal Stainless Ltd, Borosil Ltd, Ami Organics and TVS Motor Company were trading mixed on Tuesday, a day after these companies declared the results for q3fy22 on Monday.

Jindal Stainless traded on new 52-week high, Borosil Ltd hit 5 per cent lower circuit, Phoenix Mills gained 2 per cent, Ami Organics declined over 2 per cent  and TVS Motor Company gained nearly 3 per cent In Tuesday's intraday trade on the BSE 

Jindal Stainless:

Shares of this metal company traded at 52-week high of Rs 224.60 per share after stainless steel producer reported a 158% YoY rise in the consolidated profit at Rs 442 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2021. It had posted a profit of Rs 171 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. At 9.55 am, shares of Jindal Stainless were trading 1.24% lower to Rs 214.85 apiece on the BSE.

Borosil Ltd:

Despite the glassware company reported a 9% YoY rise in the consolidated profit at Rs 24 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, shares of the company hit a 5 per cent lower circuit to Rs 385.60 per share on the BSE. It had posted a profit of Rs 22 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Shares glassware maker was trading with 3 per cent discount to Rs 383.70 a share on the BSE around 10.10 am.  

Phoenix Mills 

This realty stock gained nearly 2 per cent to Rs 1013.95 a share on the BSE after the leading retail mall developer reported a 44.8% YoY rise in the consolidated profit at Rs 98.9 crore in December 2021 quarter against a profit of Rs 68.3 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. At 10.20 am, the shares were trading with gains of Rs 12.40 or higher by 1.28% to 984.90 per share on the BSE. 

Ami Organics  

After the AMI Organics reported a 36% YoY rise in the consolidated profit at Rs 19 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, the shares of pharmaceutical company were trading lower by more than 2 per cent or Rs 23 to 982.60 per share on the BSE. The company posted a profit of Rs 14 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.  

TVS Motor Company 

The two-wheeler auto maker reported an 8.3% YoY rise in the standalone profit at Rs 288 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2021 against a profit of Rs 266 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. At 9.50 am, shares of TVS Motor Company were trading higher by Rs 12.60 or 1.98% to Rs 649.40 a share in Monday's intraday trade on the BSE. Stock of the two-wheeler auto maker hit day's high of Rs 685 per share.
