As many as 9.5 lakh candidates appeared for the JEE Main 2023 exam.

The NTA has yet to announce the topper list, but according to coaching centres with access to JEE Main result scorecards of their students, Singaraju Venkat Koundinya has topped the JEE Main with a score of 300 out of 300.

The JEE Main 2023 session 2 exams were held on April 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12, while April 13 and 15 were the reserve dates.

According to the JEE Main marking scheme, each accurate response gets four points, while each incorrect response gets one point.

To get rid of the bunching effect, the National Testing Agency (NTA) calculated the JEE Main 2023 percentile scores up to seven decimal places.

Students who have scored above the JEE Main cut-off can now appear for the JEE Advanced 2023 exam.

However, those who have cracked the JEE Main exam are eligible to take admissions to undergraduate (UG) courses like BE, B Tech and B Arch at National Institutes of Technology, Indian Institutes of Information Technology and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes.

Students who have made it to the JEE Main 2023 cut-off list can appear for JEE Advanced 2023, which is scheduled for June 4.
