SBI Debit Card – Wondering how to block your State Bank of India Debit Card and get a replacement card? It is simple and you can do it easily by doing this. All you must do is to call on SBI customer service phone number. SBI debit card can be blocked through SBI toll-free IVR system. Just call 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800.

Here's how you can block your Debit Card and reissue a new one via our toll-free IVR system:

  1. After dialling 1800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800 if you select to Press 2 i.e. RMN+ Account Number, enter last five digit of the account number to block the card. Then Press 1 to confirm the last five digits. Press 2 to re-enter the last five digits of the account number. Your card will be successfully blocked. An SMS message for the same will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  2. If you want to apply for a replacement debit card, Press 1 to confirm, Press 7 to go to the previous menu or Press 8 to go to the main menu. If the customer selects ‘1’ for applying for the replacement card, he will be required to enter his/her date of birth. if you select to Press 1 i.e. RMN (Registered Mobile Number) + Card Number. The card will be sent to your registered mobile address and card replacement charges will be applied. Press 1 to confirm and Press 2 to cancel the request.  

Your SBI debit card replacement request has been successfully sent. To know for sure you can check the confirmation by SBI sent through SMS to your registered mobile phone number.
