The company has declared that it will pay a whopping 1000 per cent special dividend to its investors. According to an exchange filing by Narmada Gelatines, this would be a special dividend that the company would pay to its investors.

According to BSE filing by Narmada Gelatines, the special dividend of 1000 per cent translates into Rs 100 per share. The face value of each share of Narmada Gelatines is Rs 10. If a person has 100 shares of Narmada Gelatines, then the company would him/her Rs 10,000 dividend.

"...the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 7th December, 2022 have declared a Special Interim Dividend of Rs.100/- per equity share (i.e. 1000%) of the face value of Rs. 10 each fully paid up, for the Financial Year 2022-23," the company said in a filing on BSE.

Narmada Gelatines will pay the said dividend to investors who hold the shares in their Demat account on the record date.

Narmada Gelatines has fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for receiving the dividend amount. As per the filing, Narmada Gelatines dividend record date 2022 is December 15.

"The RECORD DATE fixed for the purpose of Special Interim Dividend, is Thursday, 15th December, 2022," the company said.

Narmada Gelatines said that the dividend of Rs 100 per equity share shall be paid to the eligible shareholders of the company within 30 days from the date of declaration. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
