DCX Systems IPO: Investors interest on DCX Systems Limited’s public issue picked up on Day 2 as the issue was subscribed 4.38 times on the BSE and 1.81 times on the NSE. Of the 1,45,11,146 shares available for subscription,  6,43,33,080 share bids were received as of 12 pm on the BSE as per the data available on the BSE website.

Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) subscribed the issue 17.31 times which translates into 4,39,28,496 share bids against 25,38,071 shares available to this class of investors. 

Non Institutional Investors (NIIS) subscribed the issue 5.29 times while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 0.04 times. The issue end tomorrow. 

On NSE, RIIs subscribed it 6.87 times while NIIs subscribed it 2.59 times.

DCX Systems IPO Review By Anil Singhvi, Zee Business: The public subscription of Rs 400 crore initial share sale of DCX Systems will close on November 2. The Bengaluru-based company is one of the leading manufacturers of electronic sub-systems and cable harnesses in the country. 

DCX Systems' IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 400 crore. Also, there's an offer for sale (OFS) of equity shares up to Rs 100 crore by promoters. It is to be noted that NCBG Holdings Inc and VNG Technology are promoters of the company. The company has cut the size of its fresh issue of equity shares to Rs 400 crore from Rs 500 crore planned earlier.

DCX Systems IPO Price Band 

 The price band of DCX Systems has been fixed at Rs 197-207 per share. Ahead of its initial share sale, the company has raised Rs 225 crore from anchor investors.

Those who want to apply for the DCX Systems IPI can do in lots and one lot will comprise 72 company shares.

  As bidders can apply in lots, the minimum lot is one and the maximum they can apply for is 13. Therefore, an investor can buy a maximum of 936 shares.
