This is the first interim dividend that Can Fin Homes has announced to pay in the current financial year (2022-23). In the current financial year, Can Fin Homes has paid dividend of Rs 1.50 in August.
"... Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e.November 28, 2022, Monday, had inter-alia considered and declared an ‘Interim Dividend’ of ‘Rs.1.50 per equity share of face value Rs.2/- each for the financial year 2022-23..," the company said in an exchange filing.

It means that Can Fin Homes will pay a Rs 1.50 dividend per share to shareholders who hold the company's stocks in his/her Demat account on the record date.

"The aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be credited by December 26, 2022, Monday," the company said in its exchange filing.
