At least dozens of companies’ shares witness a change of hands through the open market during Friday’s session. In this regard, renowned investor Sunil Singhania-backed Abakkus Asset Manager LLP has picked up 27,41,787 equity shares in Meghmani Organics Limited at Rs 85 per share on the NSE.

Similarly, DBS Nominees Private Limited dumped 46,10,000 equity shares in Meghmani Organics at Rs 82.15 per share on the NSE, the bulk deals data showed on Friday. The stock hit an upper circuit of 20 per cent to Rs 103.2 per share on the NSE as compared to a 2.91 per cent fall in Nifty50.

First Sentier Investors ICVC SI Indian Subcontinent Sustainability Fund and Pacific Assets Trust PLC have picked up 8,17,029 and 6,14,773 equity shares in the newly listed Trasons Products at the same price of Rs 751.8 per share on the NSE, as per the bulk deals data.

The shares on Tarsons Products made a tepid debut on the exchanges and listed at 6 per cent higher premium, however, within hours of listing the stock hit an upper circuit of 20 per cent to eventually end at over 26 per cent higher to Rs 818.4 per share on the NSE on Friday.

Meanwhile, Capri Global Holdings Private Limited bought 15,00,000 shares in Welspun Corp at Rs 167.45 per share. Similarly, Individual investor Ayushi Gaurangkumar Shah bought 2,57,448 equity shares from Marwadi Wealth Management LLP in Indbank Merchant Banking at Rs 21.2 apiece.

Another individual investor Piyushkumar Thumar sold 5,19,000 equity shares in Bright Solar Limited at Rs 5.01 per share on the NSE, the bulk deals data portrayed. While shares of companies’ such as Bharat Gears Limited, Aro Granite Industries, GSS Infotech Limited, Trejhara Solutions, GSS Infotech Limited among other witness changes of hands through open market on Friday on the NSE.
