Ace investor Ashish Kacholia has picked up stakes in financial service company – Sastasundar Ventures Ltd during Monday’s session through open market transaction. The celebrity investor bought 2,25,000 equity shares from Microsec Vision Trust One at Rs 447 per share on the NSE.

Shares of Sastasundar Ventures Ltd on Monday closed flat with negative bias to Rs 441.65 per share on the NSE, as compared to 0.5 per cent rise in Nifty50. 

HP Adhesives Limited, which witnessed average listing of shares on Monday, B.W. Traders and Vijay Jayantilal Sanghavi bought 1,25,649 and 1,15,000 equity shares at Rs 315 per share on the NSE, as per the bulk deals data. 

Similarly, Moneywise Financial Services Private Ltd and Saint Capital Fund dumped 1,60,000 and 2,64,287 equity shares in the company at Rs 315 per share on the NSE, the bulk deals data showed.

HP Adhesives Limited shares were listed at over 16 per cent premium to Rs 319 per share on the BSE as compared to the issue price at the upper end of Rs 274 per share. While it made a debut at Rs 315 apiece, a gain of 14.96 per cent on the NSE. It closed over 20 per cent higher to Rs 330.75 apiece. 

Supreme Engineering Ltd witnessed maximum buzz on Monday, as PJS Securities LLP, Riddhesh Girishkumar Bhandari HUF and Sidheshbhai Devabhai Raval bought 2,00,000, 1,25,000 and 1,44,896 equity shares at Rs 19.17, 19.25 and Rs 18.95 apiece respectively on the NSE, as per bulk deals data. 

While Sanjay R Chowdhari sold 9,27,581 equity shares in Supreme Engineering Ltd at Rs 19.24 apiece on the NSE, the bulk deals data mentioned.
