Bosch Dividend 2023, Record Date, Bosch Share Price NSE: Engineering company Bosch, NSE: BOSCHLTD, has announced to pay a whopping 2000 per cent dividend per equity share to its shareholders. The Bengaluru-headquartered company informed exchanges that the board has approved the payment of the first interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23.

As per the calculation, the 2000 per cent dividend per share translates into Rs 200. The face value of each share of the company is Rs 10. 

Bosch Dividend 2023 Record Date

The company has also fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders for the payment of Rs 200 dividend. Bosch dividend record date is February 22. It means that the company will pay Rs 200 dividend per share to shareholders who hold the share(s) of the company in their Demat account on February 22.

The Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or after March 6, 2023, according to the filing. “The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, declared an Interim Dividend of INR 200/- per share for the financial year 2022-23 on 29,493,640 equity shares of INR 10/- each payable to those shareholders whose names stand on the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record Date – Wednesday, 22nd February 2023. The dividend will be paid on or after 6th March 2023,” the company said in exchange filing.

Auto components major had earlier said that it will invest over Rs 200 crore in India in the next five years in advanced automotive technologies and digital mobility space. In 2021-22, the company recorded a total revenue from operations of Rs 11,104.7 crore with profit after tax at Rs 1,217 crore.

Bosch Share Price

Shares of Bosch quoted Rs 17,245 apiece on NSE around 3 PM, down by 1 per cent from previous close of Rs 17,408.10. The counter has yielded a positive return of Rs 9 per cent in the past one year.
