BEL Share Price NSE, BEL Share Price Target, BEL Dividend January 2023: Shares of Bharat Electronics Limited, NSE: BEL, slipped marginally on Wednesday to trade in negative bias.

The counter opened higher at Rs 103.10 apiece on NSE and touched day's high of Rs 104. However, shares of the government-owned aerospace and defense company surrendered the gains immediately to quote Rs 102.60 around 10:30 AM, down by nearly 0.30 per cent. 

The Navratna Defence PSU stock is on the radar ahead of the Budget, anticipating major announcements for the defence sector by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. 

Market expert and Zee Business panellist Mudit Goyal has recommended buying the shares of BEL. He said that the chart structure of BEL is very good. The stock was in a consolidation phase from the past three-week and now has given a breakout. He said that BEL can yield a return of 4 to 5 per cent from the current level.

Stoploss: Rs 101

He added that an upside of approximately 18-20 per cent is possible before the Budget.

Meanwhile, BEL has informed the exchanges that its board will meet on January 28 to consider a proposal for interim dividend for its shareholders. The board will also consider and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter.

"... meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 28th January, 2023 to consider and approve, inter alia, Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022 and also to consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2022-

The shares of BEL have yielded nearly 22 per cent returns in six months. The stock's 52-week range is Rs 114.65 - Rs 62.33. At current levels, the company has a market cap of Rs 75.44 thousand crore.

Bharat Electronics is an aerospace and defence electronics company under the Ministry of Defence. It was founded in 1954 and has its headquarters in Bengaluru. BEL manufactures advanced electronic products for the defence forces.
