Yoga will help do away with wrong habits, including the way one eats and sleeps. He said that yoga will also help people to overcome their mental problems and put their minds at peace. The entire lifecycle of the person concerned will undertake a course correction, he added.

Swami Ramdev said that every individual in the country should pledge to practice at least one yoga exercise. He further said that every individual should aspire to become Aatmanirbhar and work towards making our country the same too.

Ramdev said that this is a good opportunity to make India an Aatmanirbhar nation and unless we take control of our lives, this important goal will not be accomplished and instead, it will be reduced to a mere slogan.

Swami Ramdev congratulated Market Guru Anil Singhvi for Zee Business maintaining its number one position in India in the business news segment.
