Budget 2021 Expectations: As the budget day is fast approaching, various experts are suggesting what to focus on for job creation as a good number of people have lost jobs post-COVID-19 outbreak. They are of the opinion that Finance Minister (FM) Nirmala Sitharaman should give special attention to the manufacturing and service sectors as these are labour intensive and have the capacity to create bumper jobs in the upcoming financial year.

Rakesh Nangia, Chairman at Nangia Aderson India said, "In the upcoming budget, the Finance Minister needs to focus upon job creation as people are searching for new job opportunity after the job loss in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak. For this, the manufacturing sector should be a good area to focus upon as it's completely a labour intensive sector and has immense potential to create new job opportunities."

Batting for special focus to the service sector SEBI registered tax and investment expert Jitendra Solanki said, "Service sector can be a good option for creating huge job opportunities in quick time as around 40 per cent of the net job creation in India comes from the service sector. So, manufacturing and service should be the sector that should be the prime focus of the upcoming union budget as the together creates around two-thirds of the net Indian job opportunities."
