The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has postponed two upcoming exams due to surge in Covid 19 cases. Two exams that have been postponed are Bihar Judicial Services (BJS) examination 2021 and BPSC Project Manager Prelims exam 2021. Bihar Judicial Services examination was to be held from April 8 to 13 and BPSC Project Manager 2021 Prelims was scheduled to be held on April 11.

"The exams for 31st judicial services (mains) and Project Manager (prelims) have been postponed due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases. The new dates for the exam will be announced in the due course of time," said BPSC in a statement.  

The announcement from Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) comes on the request of students, who had sought cancellation of the exams due to rise in Covid cases. 

The commission had only recently released BPSC Project Manager 2021 Prelims Admit Card on its official website: bpsc.bih.nic.in 

BPSC 31st judicial services prelims were conducted on December 6, 2020, and the result was declared on February 8, 2021. 

The Bihar Public Service Commission conducts the Bihar Judicial Service Exam every year for the recruitment of civil judges. BPSC Judicial Service recruitment is conducted in three phases – Prelims, Mains and Interview.
