Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, December 28, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways has fully cancelled 279 trains today, Wednesday, 28 December including Ekta Naga to Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express. Indian Railway has also source-changed 44 trains and short-terminated 36 trains. Additionally, 22 trains have been rescheduled by the national transporter including Raigarh to Gondia Junction Janshatabdi Express, Bhubaneswar to New Delhi Duronto and Howrah to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Duronto. 4 trains have been diverted.
