Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, December 23, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways has fully cancelled 212 trains today, Friday, 23 December. This includes New Delhi to Jaynagar Swatantrata Senani Express.
Indian Railway has also source-changed 25 trains and short-terminated 23 trains. Additionally, 27 trains have been rescheduled by the national transporter including Jaynagar to Amritsar Humsafar Express. 18 trains have been diverted.
