New Vande Bharat Express trains, route: Indian Railways is planning to introduce more Vande Bharat Express trains. The new Vande Bharat Express trains will be introduced in southern states, news agency PTI reported.

Indian Railways launched south India's first Vande Bharat Express train on the Chennai-Bengaluru-Musuru route in November last year. The Secunderabad-Vizag Vande Bharat Express, the second Vande Bharat of South India, was launched on January 14 this year.

New Vande Bharat Express trains route

The new Vande Bharat Express train routes being considered are:

1) Kacheguda in Telangana to Bengaluru in Karnataka

2) Secunderabad in Telangana to Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh and Pune in Maharashtra

The Indian Railways has plans to run 75 Vande Bharat trains by the end of this year and 400 over the next three years. As of now, Vande Bharat trains have been introduced on various routes, including Nagpur-Bilaspur, Delhi-Varanasi, Gandhinagar-Mumbai, and Chennai-Mysuru. 

Vande Bharat Safety Features

Vande Bharat train has modern amenities and superior comfort. The train has reclining seats, automatic fire sensors, CCTV cameras, on-demand content and wifi facility, three-hour power backup and GPS systems for the comfort of passengers.
