Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, December 13, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways has fully cancelled 246 trains today, Tuesday, 13 December. This includes Shatabdi from New Delhi to Kanpur, Intercity Express from Bareilly to New Delhi, and Patna to Banaras Janshatabdi.
Indian Railway has also source-changed 25 trains and short-terminated 24 trains. Additionally, 7 trains have been rescheduled by the national transporter. 12 trains have been diverted including Humsafar from Tirupati to Jammu Tawi.
