Indian Railways Trains cancelled today list, September 23, IRCTC Trains cancelled: More than 250 trains -- Express, Super Fast, Mail, Passenger have been cancelled by Indian Railways today, Friday, September 23. These trains have been cancelled due to various reasons. According to Indian Railways, a total of 266 trains will remain cancelled on September 23 while routes of 35 trains have been diverted. As many as 24 trains have been rescheduled.  

Full Refund In Cancelled Trains

All the passengers who have booked tickets, now cancelled, will get a full refund. Tickets booked via the IRCTC website will be cancelled automatically. Also, refund will be initiated in the user's accounts by the company. Those having counter tickets will have to visit the reservation counter to claim the refund.
